Shipping & returns

A short page about how orders are sent, how long they take, and what happens if something needs attention later on.

Shipping

All orders are sent from the studio in Dorset, packaged carefully and posted via Royal Mail or a tracked courier depending on the destination and value of the piece.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within one to two working days once posted. UK shipping is free on all orders.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within five to ten working days, though some destinations take longer. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

When your order will be sent

Ready to ship pieces are posted within two to three working days of your order.

Made to order pieces are made specifically for you and usually take around three to four weeks before being posted.

Bespoke commissions vary depending on the design and are agreed individually as part of the process.

If you need a piece by a specific date, get in touch before ordering and I'll let you know honestly whether it's possible.

Returns

Ready to ship pieces can be returned within fourteen days of arrival for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Made to order and bespoke pieces are created specifically for the person who ordered them, often from raw silver up, so once the work has started they can't be unmade. Returns aren't possible on these pieces.

If you're unsure about sizing, style, or anything else before ordering a made to order or bespoke piece, just get in touch. I'd much rather have a quick conversation than make a piece that isn't quite right.

Lifetime guarantee

Every piece from Almari comes with a lifetime guarantee. If something goes wrong with the piece itself, whether a clasp gives way or a stone comes loose, send it back to the studio and I'll repair or refinish it free of charge.

Normal wear is part of the life of a handmade piece, and silver looks better the more it's worn, but if anything actually breaks or fails, that's on me to put right.
